Class overview
This multi-session course is designed to provide medical professionals with a creative outlet to cope with burnout, reduce stress, and build resiliency through processes and practices they can use in their every day lives. Through guided sessions, participants will explore a variety of art forms, including painting, drawing, journaling, music, and movement.

The instructor will create welcoming sessions, ensuring participants have the opportunity to explore their creativity in a safe and supportive environment.
